Director, Global Citizenship, Equity and Inclusion
For the past 17 years, Yasmin Razack has worked with and led teams in diverse divisions across multiple higher educational institutions.
She works with a team to strategically lead the integration of the principles and practices of an engaged citizenry and colleges community that reflects the valuing of global citizenship, human rights, and equity and inclusion. This role includes the integration of appropriate curricular/co-curricular programming and policy development.
She has also developed and led coaching skills and emotional intelligence professional training for higher education professionals across the province. Her past professional career roles include positions at the University of Toronto, Seneca College, York University, Harmony Movement and the Wellesley Institute.
Razack is also a certified coach with her own coaching practice, Limitless Women, and has worked with clients from various sectors on personal and professional goals.
